We decided not to offer an internal IRC client, because there are much brighter ideas out in the .net... than forum chats.
As well we do NOT recommend IRC Clients they are proprietary, like Yahoo, MSN etc.
Jabber Clients are available for each operating system you can dream of... including 'Klein-weichs" Windows.
